Qualifications & experience

  • This is a part-time position.
  • Valid HKID or HKSAR employment visa essential.
  • Fine Art or related undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
  • Self-motivated, ability to demonstrate client facing experience.
  • Previous art gallery or museum experience a plus.
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Desk with daily tasks, which includes providing administrative support, welcoming visitors, assisting guests, completing basic errands, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing inventory while restocking gallery and office supplies.
  • Support Sales & Marketing team with occasional artist research projects, preparing fact sheets, and gift sourcing when needed.
  • File press clippings & image archives.
  • Monitor exhibition areas and interact with the public as necessary to ensure the safety of artworks.
