Australian Property Consultant / Advisor

-Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients

-Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers

-Discuss terms with prospective buyers on sales packages

-Provide professional after-sales service in order to maintain its relationship andreputation

-Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process

-Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives

-Other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Sales

-With any experience related to Taiwan is preferred

-Good knowledge of cities of AUS a definite advantage

-Experience in overseas property is a plus

-Excellent communicator and negotiator

-Fluency written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be advantage

-Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve

-Hands on PC Skills such as Microsoft Office

$14,000 – $20,000 per month

Base salary plus attractive commission

(Monthly salary can reach 80,000-100,000)
