BIM Modeller/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical project drawings, create, amend or maintain BIM models of architectural/interior disciplines.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes.
• Communicate effectively with the project team on requirements of BIM model production, and prepare BIM model in accordance with the instructions and requirements in a timely manner to meet project program.
• Assist in managing the Company’s IT system to ensure efficient and accurate e-filing, storage and retrieval of project information.
• Familiarity with Autodesk BIM Solutions (AutoCAD, Revit), and common BIM applications such as clash mitigation, documentation, etc.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Construction Management related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences are preferable (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
