Position Description:

Reporting to Brand Director, HKMC, you will be responsible for developing and executing the clienteling and CRM strategy for your markets to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered in order to optimize recruitment and retention of prospects and clients.

Your main missions would be the following:

Manage Instore client animations and VIC Care

•VIC care and events management, coordination, execution, event performance overview and reporting

•Manage VIC gifting requests with Global team and delivery execution in market, ensure adherence to local cultural events, norms and expectations

•Client event-planning and execution both in store and off-site events for new client acquisition, ensuring brand image and guidelines are respected

•Share best practices and learnings with Global team and other markets

•Coordinate with Global team for International VIC events

•Work closely with mall marketing teams for new product launches and events through social media and app promotion

Clientelling Tools local management

•Be responsible for the testing, translation, training, adoption of all Client related tools and usage(data capture tool and clienteling application) in the retail network, give feedback on issues and suggest evolutions/improvements to Global team

•Coordinate with local data privacy officer to be aware of any legal constraints and data privacy/retention laws that need to be applied or modified

Local CRM campaigns

•Initiate, plan and request CRM campaigns for the local markets and follow up on performances, coordinating with Global CRM team

KPIS and analysis

•Set targets and follow PCRM KPIs per boutique (data capture, transformation, retention, upgrade etc), put in place training, reporting and incentives plans to achieve targets.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor-degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant progressive experience from CRM marketing or CRM agencies, experience in retail& luxury industry is a plus.
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Good English communication skills to get alignment internally and externally.
  • Strong responsibility and capability to lead work team to deliver result
  • Passionate and willing to work under pressure
  • Strong skill of cross team communication & co-work
  • Multitasking
