Building Maintenance Officer

Requirements

• Holder of a relevant Diploma or Higher Certificate from a polytechnic or technical institute in Hong Kong or equivalent;
• At least three (3) years’ post-qualification experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all building maintenance activities and routine inspections including internal fabric and maintenance redecoration of the Tunnel Structures;
• Responsible for supervisory checks on all civil, structural, cleansing and general building maintenance works;
• To liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on day-to-day maintenance of the Tunnel Structures;
• Responsible for the health and safety aspects of the operational environment within the Tunnel Area.

Working Location: Tuen Mun Chek Lap Kok Tunnel
