BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (Operation & Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance, repairing and improvement on building services systems, including fire service, electricity, lift service, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, etc., in the property portfolio of the company;
• Formulate the scope, schedule and budget of maintenance and improvement works;
• Manage maintenance and works contracts;
• Prepare tender documents, drawings and specifications;
• Supervise in-house technicians on maintenance, preventive and operation works;
• Monitor the performance, progress and quality of works of contractors and service providers;
• Assess the work progress and payments to contractors and service providers;
• Attend and in-charge of emergency duties related to system breakdowns;
• Initiate, implement and validate cost saving plans;
• Manage the renewal of statutory certificates and contracts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related subjects;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience;
• Experience in grade-A commercial building or hotel is in advantage;
• Preferably holds a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
