Building Services Engineer (Secondment)

We are now inviting applications for the above position. Successful candidate will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Job Description

• Maintenance / improvement works and services, including planning, project management, engineering design and contract administration;
• Administration of contract related issues, including technical requirements on M&I projects;
• Planning and managing environmental, energy saving and related issues in public rental housing.
   

Qualifications and Experience

• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Division) elected after 5.12.1975 or equivalent;
• Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers / Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is registered as Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council of UK;
• Have obtained Grade E or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature and Use of English of Hong Kong Advanced Level of Examination (HKALE); or Level 4 in Chinese Language and English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or equivalent;
• Well versed in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.

Salary

Salary will commensurate with relevant post-qualification working experiences.

Employment will be on a contract basis.
