Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in maintaining communications with existing and potential customers
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, tender documents and quotations 
  • Assist in company sales & marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as product leaflets, company brochures
  • Identify business opportunities for the company
  • Collaborate on daily administrative tasks to help maintain efficient office operations
  • Provide administrative support services for the company
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Asso. Degree or Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering/IT / Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Working experience in related disciplines is preferred 
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, self-initiated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language ability: English / Chinese (written and verbal)
