Business Analyst (IT / Project)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time constraints
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Strong understanding of form design and user experience
• Optimize and standardize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Familiar with SQL
• Provide both technical and functional support to internal users

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or business-related disciplines
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Strong problem-solving skills and good at Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
• Independent, good team player, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
