Business Analyst

Job Purpose:

To assist Head of IT to identify and analyse business problems, needs and opportunities to help achieve the Agency’s strategic vision and business goals. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage or undertake project tasks from business requirements, feasibility study, project planning, UAT management and project implementation;
• Engaging on business analysis such as business requirement document, technical specification document, UAT plan, UI flow and Wireframe etc;
• Understand and review of user group operations workflows, advise and plan business analysis activities;
• Assist users in performing user acceptance test (UAT), and coordinate pre-production and roll-out activities;
• Assist in identifying business needs and defining project scope and approaches;
• Support CRM, workflow system operation, monitoring, change and enhancement;
• Assist to prepare and update project documentation;
• Assist to monitor risks and timeline for multi projects;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior;
• Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Agency and Division levels.

Requirements 職位要求與資歷:

• Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or any related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in NGO industry;
• Proven experience of multi-vendor environment and cross functional teams;
• Manage projects related to CRM system, casework system, automation tools and workflow system;
• Experience in Project Management / Process Analysis / Business Flow Design & Reengineering is required;
• Experience in complex and interdependent projects as well as continuous improvement methodologies, techniques, tools and controls;
• Customer-oriented, good analytical, presentation, communication and problem solving;
• Proactive, independent, multi-tasked and able to meet tight deadline;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
