Business Analyst / Process Management Team (WFH Policy)

职位描述

Responsibilities :

  • Define and draft guideline for Task and Project management process;
  • Monitor, update and announce the guideline or process to the relatives;
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the International Freight Forwarding business, prepare detailed reports, and share insights with stakeholders according to pre-defined schedules;
  • Share the update status of project/ongoing task to the relevant parties (RHQ);
  • Respond to questions and identify the issues and propose the solutions to RHQ;
  • Draft and support task team leader for WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
  • Review progress and find solutions for delay or risks;
  • Join regular progress review meeting for task team leaders supporting;
  • Draft agenda and all meeting material preparation for meetings;
  • Organize and lead engaging workshops, comprehensive training sessions, and productive meetings to foster knowledge sharing, skill development, and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
     

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or related field;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding industry;
  • Knowledge about basic project management methodology;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project is an advance;
  • Basic knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, process improvement;
  • Assessment skill for Project Progress, Risk and Issue;
  • Excellent business writing skills in English;
  • Effective communication to understand the business needs and challenges, and ability to translate those business needs into technical requirements;
  • Pro-active, well-organized, good team player and willing to learn;
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and detail-oriented mindset;
  • Immediately available preferred.
