Business Development and Project Manager

Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities, target and approach key prospects, build contacts within these companies, close and manage the ongoing business
•Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
•Prospect and identify partners that are a good potential fit and proactively network to capitalise on opportunities
•Manage, define, and implement innovation projects and the quality and progress of the projects to ensure on-time, effective project outcomes;
•Map out the overall execution plan & ensure the roles & responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables and schedule are communicated to the team members and customers;
•Build and lead a high-performance team. Plan optimal use of resources;
•Delivery quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance and take corrective actions when necessary; identify & mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery;
•Setup communication channels within the team & customers
•Monitor service level, in terms of response time & problem recovery time to ensure that they agree service level is met

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, administration or equivalent, or substantial experience in Project Management
•At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, selling experience, preferably in Business or IT-related fields
•Knowledge and experience in different development principles & architecture design.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
•Be a team-player - with a positive, pro-active attitude to encourage and enthuse the project team.
•Strong in leadership/management and can work under pressure
•High proficiency in both spoken and written English
