Business Development Director - KOL/ Influencer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute KOL and KOC strategies to enhance our brand and attract trading clients through partnerships with influential individuals in the industry.
2. Responsible for long-term strategic plans and overseeing of partnership collaboration frameworks, while leading the team to achieve strategic goals.
3. Build and manage a team of BD managers responsible for executing strategies and maintaining relationships with various influencers and KOLs.
4. Assemble and lead KOL/KOC operations teams to support partners in designing and implementing customer acquisition activities.
5. Assist in perfecting the partnership system, providing support and management for partners and operational activities.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain Mitrade's brand, standards, and regulatory compliance.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and partnership development, identifying new and better methods to attract and convert target audiences.
8. Manage the company's budget and expenditure on KOL and influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience (preferably with background in FinTech or technology industry).
• Deep understanding of influencer, KOL, and KOC marketing.
• Strategic leadership capabilities with experience in managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven track record of driving results through influencer marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English – must collaborate with stakeholders in our Australia, UK, Cyprus, and Hong Kong offices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop unique and innovative strategies.

6. 与内部利益相关者合作，制定并维护 Mitrade 的品牌、标准和符合监管规定；
7. 随时了解行业趋势和影响者营销和合作伙伴关系开发的最佳实践，并找到吸引和转化目标受众的新方法和更好方法；
8. 管理公司在 KOL 和影响者营销方面的预算和支出。
