Business Development Manager (Property Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Property Management tenders preparing and market research
• Plan and manage operating budget and prepare relevant reports/analysis for management review
• Strong marketing sense and strategies
• Experience in PM position with tender preparing experience is an advantage
• Liaison with clients, owners and contractors, etc.
• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Diploma holder in property management, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years solid experience in managing commercial, residential or government buildings
• Experience in bidding and managing property management or security service contracts is preferred
• Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ HKIS / RPHM or equivalent is an advantage
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1/2) is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
