Business & Partnership Development Assistant Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Develop wholesale business and work with our principals to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals including the sales, gross margin and volume;
• Explore new growth opportunities and achieve wholesale target in key chain accounts;
• Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in key account partners’ chain stores;
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts, General Trade, etc.;
• Prepare and present the proposals to our business partners;
• Assist in meetings and material preparation to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers;
• Manage contract negotiations with new clients;
• Conduct research/feasibility studies to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities;
• Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management;
• Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development interactions.

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG with accounts management experience, preferably in healthcare or beauty products (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager);
• Able to create customer journey maps and translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns;
• Result-oriented, detail-minded, data-driven with strong business sense
• Able to work independently and experienced in leading a team with good people management and problem-solving skills;
• Highly adaptive and flexible to handle various projects in parallel and cope with frequent changes;
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English;
• Proficient in Excel (include Pivot table) & PowerPoint;
• Immediate available is a definite advantage;
