Qualifications & experience

• 15 years of experience in IT with at least 10 year at managerial level.
• Solid experience in driving technology innovation, project design and advisory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-regional teams (Malaysia, Shenzhen, Hong Kong).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Good-to-Have:

• Entrepreneurial and business start-up experience
• Successful application in incubation program is much preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work with IT Project and Program Manager to develop IT strategy, build infrastructure and set action plans
• Ensure effective AI powered support structure to align with product goals and business needs
• Lead IT product development teams in Malaysia, Shenzhen and Hong Kong to develop and implement IT enabled products and programs meeting the customer needs and market demands
• Collaborate with different functional teams to understand their needs and align IT technology initiatives with functional strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and IT best practices and proactively manage their potential impact to business
