Chubb Life: Manager, Agency Training & Development

• Develop long-term training plans and strategies within the scope of experienced agents. 

• Identify the training needs of the agency and develop comprehensive training programs and roadmaps to enhance the professional knowledge and ethical selling skills of the agency force. 

• Take ownership of training program / projects so as to ensure the quality of delivery & design and targeted result can be achieved 

• Design and develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions to the targeted audience. 

• Collaborate with agency to create training and development plans that equip the agency force with the necessary knowledge and skills for optimal performance. 

• Work with the Supervisor to formulate the annual business plan and take responsibility for successful implementation. 

• Coordinate with the internal team and external trainers to provide specialized training support and programs, uplifting our agency effectiveness. 

• Manage the accreditation and arrangement of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for agency. 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 

• Prefer 8+ years’ experience in training and development, specifically within the insurance agency or financial services industry. 

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies. 

• Demonstrated expertise in course development, design, and evaluation, with a keen sense of effective training methodologies. 

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. 

• Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take calculated risks. 

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.  

• Fluency in Cantonese and English; and Mandarin is preferred.
