Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily reviews of cash and valuable shortages/overages, conducting investigations using CCTV footage, and inputting claim data into our system. Requirements include good English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, criminal investigation experience and training, discipline service experience, computer proficiency, and a Class 1&2 driving license. Key Responsibilities:

• Review all cash and valuable shortages/overages
• Review truck and CPC's CCTV footage to identify any suspicious activities
• Conduct investigations and take statements from the operations staff
• Enter the claim data and investigation report into the Brinks system
• Submit the claim report to the Director of Security each week
• Monitor shipments during Jewellery shows as and when required
• Assist with audits
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor including foreign travel

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Criminal investigation experience and training
• Experience in disciplined services
• Must have Class 1&2 Driving License and a valid passport
