Responsibilities
- Clerical duties include filing, data processing, sorting and dispatching of documents, drawings, records, programmes, estimates, registering all design submission, monitoring hidden works records submission, extension of time submission
Requirements
- Have Grade E or above in at least 5 Subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or Equivalent .
- fluent in spoken and written English; and
- have knowledge of computer and conversant with the applicant of common software programmes (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) and 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the construction field
