职位描述

Five day work with year end bonus

Duties:

  • Assist doctors in consultation/ health assessment process
  • Handle patient registration and follow-up on patients reports or Hospital admissions
  • Provide clerical support, including appointment booking, reception services, data entry, filing, and answering clients enquiries
  • Prepare, clean, sterilize and conduct routine quality check of equipment, managing drug store * Drug dispensing, managing medical records and reports, clerical work and other clinic chores
  • Conduct stock-taking and ensure adequate and appropriate supply of materials of service provision

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the use of Apricot
  • Proficient in MS office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Good telephone manners
  • Pleasant, outgoing and client-oriented. Experience & interest in customer care preferred
  • Willing to learn and hard working

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm (Clinic is closed at 1pm to 2:30pm)
                            Sat: 9:30 am -1:30pm, Sunday and public holiday off.

工作職責:

  • 協助醫生進行檢查及醫療程序
  • 負責接待,登記,預約,解答病人查詢及一般文書工作
  • 處理診所日常運作,包括配藥工作
  • 負責檢查和整理醫療用品存貨,按時訂購醫療用品

要求:

  • 對醫護工作有熱誠,正面樂觀,願意付出,具團隊合作精神
  • 良好溝通能⼒及顧客服務態度
  • 主動積極, 性格開朗主動、有責任⼼、有禮
  • 優良文書處理能力優先
  • 懂得使用 MS office 及 Apricot

工作時間︰星期一至五9:30am-6:30pm(診所中午休息時間1pm-2:30pm)
                  星期六9:30am-1:30pm (公眾假期休息)
