Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients’ requests for technical assistance via email, in person, and phone or remote connection
- Provide Tier 2 support to clients via phone calls, live chat and tickets system
- Record and update the status in the ticketing system
- Provide guidance and consultation to Tier 1 support.
- Escalate unresolved issues / requests to the corresponding helpdesk for Tier 3 support
- Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
- Be responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of internal systems
- Participate in various Hybrid solution projects such as Exchange Server
- Provide other IT-related support as required by the business
We are looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in technical support and administration for all Windows platforms, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows 11/10, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, and Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory, Linux, Windows Server, and Exchange Server
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and experience with Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
- Hands-on administration experience with firewall and switches
- Experience with virtualization software such as VMWare, and familiarity with Azure, AWS, SQL Server, Data Storage, HA Cluster, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, and cloud-based architectures
- Holding certifications like MCSE, ITIL, or their equivalents is an added advantage
- A self-starter who is confident, action-oriented, and results-driven
- Must be proactive, attentive to detail, and possess strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
