Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated copywriter/communications coordinator to help us with all our client communications, from weekly EDMs, monthly news, and event promotions, as well as staff perks promotions, and more. Effective communication is key for us to connect with our B2B and B2B2C members.

For this role, you will be

• Helping plan and arrange staff activities for clients, working with our in-house events team
• Responsible for the copywriting of communications material for all our client programs/solutions
• Curate the content for event materials – from event backdrop, signage, digital and print materials, invitations, and related material to ensure the wow factor in all events
• Maintain and expand the social media channels for TLC with appropriate content
• Develop marketing content for promotion through various channels
• Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary

We like you to have...

• Diploma or above in Business Communications or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years in copywriting, preferably for event and production companies or in-house roles within the F&B/Retail sectors
• Strong copywriting skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Familiarity with web design principles and coding languages such as HTML and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Experience with Mailchimp or HubSpot is a plus
• Must be able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Immediate availability is preferred
