Contract Programmer (CP)/ Systems Analyst (CSA) (Multiple openings)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Program development/ enhancement, implementation, solution integration, maintenance and/or support
• Other job duties assigned by department
• Etc.

Entry Requirements:

• High Diploma/ University degree in Computer Science or related discipline 
• Min 2-4 years' solid experience in IT related job duties for Programmer and Min 6-8 years' experience for Systems Analyst
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Specific Requirements:

Position 1 (CP/ CJP) - Big Data Projects

Required skills:

• Python and machine learning projects
• Python development with machine learning framework (Scikit-learn) or deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow)
• AI/ ML Concepts
• API Development/ Java Programming
• RDBMS e.g. MsSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Informix
• Computer Vision/ Time Series Data/ NLP
• Big Data (Apache Hadoop)
• Visualization tools (e.g. Qlik Sense)

Note:  Degree holder graduate with 1-year working experience/ Fresh graduate with 1-year intern experience welcome

Position 2 (CP/ CJP) - Application Development (Mobile & Web Applications)

• Mobile application development
• Development with React
• Oracle DB or PostgreSQL DB
• Java web application design and development
• Software quality assurance
• System test automation

Note:  Degree holder graduate with 1-year working experience/ Fresh graduate with 1-year intern experience welcome

Position 3 (CP/ CJP) - Development Service for Production Support and Operation

• System Development and Production support
• OpenShift, Oracle, Java Technology
• Test automation and dashboard development

Position 4 (CSA) - Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Lead

• Proven BA/QA experience
• Evaluate systems specifications and documentations for business requirements
• Vendor monitory and management
• Other desirable skills
  • Agil methodologies and DevOps implementation
  • Automation test frameworks
