Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Import and export shipment handling. Arrangement of shipment in HK
• HK warehouse stock management
• Corresponding with JAPAN HQ, the factory, and overseas customers on logistic issues.
• Offer assistance for logistic operations of JAPAN HQ.

Requirements

• Secondary or above.
• 1 year of working experience in import and export practice.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese; fair in English and Mandarin.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good communication, responsible, and self-initiated. Able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Coordinator
