Corporate Governance Assistant

Foxtrot Partner Limited is an energetic boutique firm providing strong corporate governance, payroll and human resources administrative solutions to asset managers, entrepreneurs, and family offices.

Through our friendly team, strong candidates will have the opportunity, in a very flat structure, to excel the corporate governance field.   We aim to provide our team with a creative, flexible and modern working environment within a regulated TCSP.

What you can do for us:

• To assist with basic corporate governance administration of Hong Kong and overseas Companies & their statutory compliance
• To handle the statutory filing and maintain proper of statutory records
• To handle the compliance clearance and administrative work
• To maintain various tracking controls and system updates
• To Assist and support the team in providing services to our clients
• Ad hoc tasks as requested

Our wish list:

• Diploma holder or above in corporate governance or related discipline
• Whilst relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Student member of HKCGI
• A cheerful, can-do attitude with a good sense of responsibility
• Well organised, curious, responsible, self-starter, detail oriented, team player and comfortable using IT systems to create operational excellence
• Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
