Creative Director – Project Base

Overview

We’re expanding our creative team and looking for an adventurous, high-energy Creative Director to play senior creative consultant, delivering innovative solutions and execution that solve brand and marketing challenges and business development.

This Creative Director is art-based, with an impressive portfolio spanning key visual concepts and development, branding design, and digital content. We're seeking an expert visual storyteller who can offer original, insight-driven ideas to reach and engage audiences across channels and touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in digital communications and ready to help lead a team of fearless problem-solvers.

Responsibilities

• Lead other specialists in creative innovation, delivering fresh and impact-driven ideas into impressive proposals that help clients command attention and move their audiences
• Support the Group Account Director as a senior creative to develop concepts into simple, elegant and executable solutions
• Dynamic art direction that adapts to different brand personalities and visuals, bringing strong art sense and logic to visualise concepts in ways that are compelling and memorable
• Manage the creative process to ensure we follow through on our ideas in precise execution

Qualifications

• Impress us with your visual storytelling expertise and creative mastery
• Wow us with your portfolio of advertising and digital marketing experience
• Demonstrate your passion for all things creative as well as your ability to captivate and activate audiences
•        Minimum 2-4 solid years experience in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio of successful digital campaigns and related projects.
• Prove you can excel with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You must be thorough, able to think outside the box and anticipate obstacles
• Confidence is key as a convincing communicator (speaking and writing)
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious and humble is everything
• Must be bilingual in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
