Creative Specialist (Art-based) - Graphic & Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Re-touch images to improve quality, where appropriate
• Create visual content for day-to-day posting on digital media platforms
• Assist or even take the lead in video, graphical and photographic execution
• Stay abreast of the latest local digital marketing trends, popular culture and hot topics, identifying key strategy direction
• Extract and identify clients’ needs in digital marketing
• Create ideas and compelling visuals across all digital channels
• Closely working with various solution partners and providers
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Visual Arts, Design or a related discipline
• 1 year of art direction & design experience, preferably in digital advertising & marketing industries; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidate with working experience in project management in digital advertising, media and marketing services is a plus
• Good understanding of social media & digital channel usage
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Creative, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects under a tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
