Cross Border System Services Senior Manager

Job Duties

• Develop and execute strategies for cross-border facilities management to effectively support the company’s business objectives;
• Oversee the integration and optimization of various facilities management systems, including logistics, supply chain management, and data analysis tools;
• Manage and train the facilities management team, ensuring team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment;
• Ensure that all facilities operations comply with local laws, regulations, and business standards;
• Perform the procurement process for Cross-border facilities, and to assess, verify and monitor the procurement, operation and maintenance of the equipment for the Cross-border e-commerce projects;
• Supervise and oversee the regular routine maintenance, inspection and usage management of Cross-border facilities;
• Monitor and control the budget for cross-border facilities, ensuring effective allocation and use of resources;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A recognized Higher Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline;
• Have at least five years of relevant experience in facilities management, rich experience in procurement management is MUST;
• Facility Management experience in listed company or large chain enterprise is preferred;
• Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise, managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities and plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders;
• Strong leadership, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines;
• A good command of both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
