Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT customer/maintenance services
  • Maintain customer relationship and help to build up new customer
  • Handle and follow up documentation of maintenance renewal
  • Answer maintenance enquires promptly and professionally by phone or email
  • Communicate with order purchasing and sales department
  • Ad hoc job assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year clerical experience, in IT industry is in advantage
  • Good computer knowledge and Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Good customer services skills and telephone manner
  • Good in English and Chinese
