Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and publicizing the company's business, explaining the benefits of products to potential customers.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide timely information updates or solution advices to establish and maintain good relationship with them
• Work closely with internal teams and follow up sales lead and achieve KIPs / sales targets
• Collaborate with project managers/software developers to visit key clients and promote the company's independently developed engineering software.
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, and explore new promotion opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree  in Marketing, Advertising, Languages, Communication or related disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant experience 
• Ability to deliver on-site presentations and explanations of projects/products, with experience in conducting large-scale events.
• Outgoing and cheerful personality, good presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and other office software, skilled in writing on-site presentation materials, PPTs, etc.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
