We are now looking for Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Customer Service team.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle client inquiries, sales quotation, complaints, and follow-up
- Provide professional response and propose solutions on customers' enquiries
- Address enquiries accurately and effectively as well as maintaining professional and satisfactory quality of customer service
- Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers/sales channels request and problems
- Assists account up-selling, order processing and client on-boarding process
The ideal candidate will have:
- Quick learner, team player - we love team work
- Tertiary education or above
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Experience in IT or Telecommunication industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Domain, Web Hosting, or e-commerce is definitely advantage
- Motivated individual with detail-minded, responsible, independent and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
