Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
● To assist the Marketing Department to support VIP doctors and medical Centre

● To identify clients' needs and feedback on service

● Participate in operation & execution strategy/ tactics development, coordinating team projects including planning and implementation

● Maintain customer relations and contribute to long lasting customer satisfaction


Requirements
● High diploma holder or above in all disciplines

● Fresh Graduate are welcome
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
● Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
● Microsoft Office: Word, Excel; Photoshop is an advantage
