Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任 (全職或6個月合約)

Customer Service Hotline Department

全職：月薪(面議) + 佣金

6個月全職合約：月薪 $15,000 + 獎金 $2,000 + 約滿酬金 ($15,000)

工作時間：

星期一至星期日輪班，08:45 至22:00，9小時 (1小時午膳，無通宵班)

職責：

• 處理一般客戶查詢(來電或通訊軟件)及跟進投訴個案

要求：

• 中五或以上程度
• 懂電腦應用程式及中文輸入法
• 具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧、有責任心
• 操流利中文，懂英語及普通話更佳
• 具客服中心工作經驗優先考慮
• 歡迎應屆畢業生及經驗較少者申請
