Responsibilities
- Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional manner
- Prepare management report and business document
- Provide admin support to Sales Team
- Prepare sales quotation and proposal or RFT etc.
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Arrange job order and update status
- Perform adhoc task assigned by manager
- Perform project coordination role if required
Requirements
- Diploma holders or above
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, support, customer service, or account servicing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office
- Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
- Positive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered, while candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CLO
