Customer Service Officer

Our Company
• Selling AV, Video Conference and Smart Office solutions to large companies

Duties
• Provide Maintenance Renewal Proposals to customers
• Monitor equipment maintenance expiry dates
• Answer customer enquiry
• Office administration, e.g. document filing
• Assist supervisors
• Team work with sales team, project team and customer service team

Requirements
• Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in business/IT /Electronic
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• Good communication skill

Salary
• Beginning salary is offered according to experience and will be adjusted according to performance
