Responsible:
- Interact with customer for the whole order processing or handle complaints from bulk production.
- Communicate with supplier to ensure on time delivery & price negotiation when needed.
- Work closely with Production Development team, Production team, shipping and warehouse.
- Handling enquiry of overseas sales office, monitoring the stock level, discuss the forecast with sales & overseas CS & follow up outstanding payment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned .
Requirement:
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in trims industry.
- Self-motivated, positive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Well organized & good communication skills.
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Good command of spoken/written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
