Job Description
- Perform market analysis, identify market trend and customer need
- Conduct product survey and suggest action plan for on-going product development
- Review and develop product servicing logistics for enhancing customer experience
- Assist in product training and provide support on Quality Assurance functions
- Ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirement
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or related fields
- Familiar with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, etc preferable)
- Embrace working with fun, enthusiastic people
- Love the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-up
- Self-disciplined, able to work and learn independently, and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
