Customer Service Support Representative (5.5 day work)
Job Duties:
- Handle customers’ inquiries via email/call/in person in an efficient and professional manner
- Ensure all procedures taken are complied with Company Policy
- Act as the on-site service ambassador and ensure prestigious service for VIP clients and valuable business partners is provided
- Document all call information according to the standard operating procedure
- Work closely with all parties to ensure effective service to customers
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Qualified license of IIQE Paper I & III is a plus
- Customer-oriented with positive thinking
- Basic MS Office knowledge with Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
