Data Analysis Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for company data products (such as dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Lead data analysis projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data products.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Drive data governance and data quality improvement initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in data product management or BI, with a preference for experience in cross-border payment products or the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex data analysis and data product development projects.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data processing languages; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A data-driven mindset and result-oriented team management strategies.
• Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
• Able to be based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
