About the Role:
You will support management’s business strategic decisions through managing complex datasets and building business dashboards. The ideal candidate should be good at data manipulation, have experience in data visualization and persistence in looking for solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Data Visualization and Manipulation

• Handle variety of datasets (from internal and external) and data massaging
• Design comprehensive and user-friendly dashboards
• Manage and maintain the dashboards, make enhancements according to needs and users’ requirements
• Assist in exploring and testing new data technology and tools

Data Analytics

• Set up and manage the data feed for automated reports
• Assist in establishing statistical models and conducting operations research
• Build and maintain analytical framework for reporting

General

• Perform project management and make sure that projects/ tasks can be completed to achieve the goals on time
• Work closely with Internal Business Units, Marketing Team, and IT Team for implementing new campaigns and tools
• Work closely with IT Team to tackle the technical issues related to data systems
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder or above in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years or above working experience in Data Science, and working with big and complex datasets
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and Power BI/ Tableau
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT), R is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand the requirements
• Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Data Analyst
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
