Deputy Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO
• Oversee the finance team of all functions and maintain internal control safeguards in an efficient manner
• Prepare financial reporting, financial analysis for monthly reports
• Monitor and supervise the month end closing result to ensure high degree of accuracy
• Liaise with external auditors and professional
• Monitor statutory audit and tax filling process to ensure meet deadline and compliance with all regulation
• Responsible for provide data for annual review with bank
• Able to manage and develop a team of finance subordinates
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline with Professional Accounting Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting experience with at least 1 year of managerial experience
• Proactive, independent, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Working experience in audit firm is preferable
