About the Role

• Responsible for developing and modeling the BIM works with all design disciplines
• Self-driven to liaise and work with all disciplines on building project

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Higher Diploma in engineering, architecture, construction relate discipline
• Minimum 1 year solid working experience on project with BIM modelling (4D simulation, script and visual programming are a plus), less experience / skill would be considered as Assistant Design Coordinator
• Conversant with BIM standards and solid skills of Revit, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Fuzor, etc.
• CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator is an advantage
• Reasonable level of written / spoken English
