Deskside Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily supports to end users and management of the technical facilities;
To install/support desktop, notebook, mobile devices, etc.
Responsible for hardware and software asset management;
Maintain all necessary record under internal systems;
Work under the supervision of IT Manager to assist the operation team to support daily maintenance management.
