Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines
- SEO and SEM Support: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and assist with search engine marketing strategies to improve online visibility
- Analytics Monitoring: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance, generating reports to provide insights on effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis that inform marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, tracking their performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including database management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
