Major Responsibility Areas
- Manage the digital marketing calendar, especially on the performance marketing campaigns with different stakeholders to achieve the business goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure the cost effectiveness and meet the KPIs.
- Monitor the campaign performance and do the optimization instantly during the launch. Review the analytical reports and provide insights for optimization for continuously improve the campaign effectiveness.
- Create and curate engaging digital assets for the brands covered all digital platforms such as Search, social media, brand website, E-commerce site and CRM (EDM, SMS, WhatsApp) etc.
- Maximize the effectiveness along the consumer funnel in different digital touchpoints covered all Paid, Owned, Earned & Shared media.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice in digital marketing.
- Work alongside the media agency’s team to provide input on content, targeting, and other campaign elements.
- Support ad-hoc projects of the company.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing, or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience in Digital Marketing, FMCG or related industry is highly preferred
- Strong in marketing planning and execution, insightful and resourceful
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Able to interact with different parties effectively and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized & able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Good command of English and Chinese
