Digital Performance Executive/ Account Executive (Digital Marketing/ SEM/ SEO/ Programmatic/ Agency)

Plan, execute & manage various digital advertising campaigns such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media marketing campaign (e.g. FB, IG, LinkedIn, Line) and Programmatic campaign.

You will also handle other digital campaigns/ related area such as SEO, media line-up, campaign tracking etc.

You will be working independently and as a team to serve clients of different scales.

Job Duties:

• Engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns
• Responsible for campaign monitoring & optimization, provide suggestions to client – to strive for client satisfaction and good campaign results
• Liaise and coordinate with online publishers on media buy of various portals
• Coordinate with various department/ vendors – for example: designers and tech team in the production of online marketing materials such as banners, Facebook app, mini webpage development
• Provide analysis by various marketing tools & suggest new market opportunities to clients
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level
• Client servicing/ Account servicing: handle client inquiries about the existing campaign through phone, email and meeting

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Media or a related subject is preferred but not necessary
• Strong command of verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
• Good organization, project management and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and in a fast-pacing environment
• Understand and Passionate about digital marketing - search engine marketing, social media marketing, programmatic and/or web publishing markets
• Experience and understanding of performance marketing & web analytic metrics will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, or experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Digital Performance Executive
