Digital Solutions Analyst

We are the exclusive agency for bus body exterior and interior advertising of Citybus, with over 1,700 buses operating across more than 350 routes. And we are the exclusive advertising operator of MTR advertising managing media resources across MTR’s East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, Light Rail and MTR Bus.

Our team has amassed over five decades of experience in the creative and advertising market in the Asia Pacific region. We are expanding our footprint and are obtaining more exclusive Media rights across the OOH spectrum in Hong Kong.

We are now looking for an Digital Solutions Analystto join our creative, smart and fun team! This role is responsible for driving the digital transformation process and development cycle, as well as enhance our projects and solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, and internal & external stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet business needs and deliver exceptional value to the company. 

What you need to do:

• Collaborate with project teams to verify and define product requirements by conducting requirements study.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Work with project teams & technical architects, assist in application prototyping and UI design, as well as concept presentation and business logic validation.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Collect user requirements and validate business requirements.
• Provide application support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform functional and automation testing and maintain application quality at a high standard level. 
   

What we need from you:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/ IT/ Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong product management and business analyst background with 4+ years solid work experience in related roles.
• Understanding of agile and product management methodologies, as well as software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in scaled projects, such as ERP, Booking Systems, CRM, Operational Systems, Sales or Finance-related application would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in workflow & scenario identification, document & process optimization, data transaction logic.
• Knowledge in using project management tools & UI prototyping design tools.
• Open-minded, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with internal or external parties
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
