Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Social Work or equivalent;
- Registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
- Minimum 10 years’ post qualifications experience in social welfare sector, of which 5 years taking up supervisory role in residential care for people with disabilities or elderly;
- Familiar with handling government subvention and funding applications;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Good leadership and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem solving abilities; and
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- To take charge of planning and delivery of residential services for people with disabilities;
- To oversee the management of the residential services under supervision;
- To handle and respond to service users’ complaints and staff disputes, and related enquiries from outsiders when needed; and
- To assist in matters relating to publicity and public education of residential care services.
