About the role

The Consulate General of Switzerland in Wan Chai is seeking a full-time Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Consul General and some admin tasks at the consulate. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Consulate.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the driver for the Consul General of Switzerland
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the official vehicle (Tesla) to ensure it is in excellent condition
• Perform administrative tasks for the consulate, including coordinating with suppliers and maintaining basic office logistics
• Manage local deliveries and errands
• Assist with basic office maintenance and handle minor tasks for the Consulate

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of professional driving experience in Hong Kong
• Valid Hong Kong driver’s license
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential
• Experience working with a consulate, diplomatic mission, or corporation is strongly preferred
• IT Skills, comfortable using computers for simple tasks and coordination
• Must be comfortable driving and maintaining a Tesla

• Honesty, politeness, reliability, punctuality and strong sense of responsibility and personal appearance is required
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanour
• Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations
