E-Commerce Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain product content and product pictures for assigned eCommerce accounts, including uploading approved product copy, product pictures and other relevant data into customer portals.
• Market research, intelligence gathering and self-learning to identify E-tail sales and marketing trends, to continually improve the overall digital appeal of the company’s products to consumers.
• Participate in the process of improving the company’s digital content and resources.
• Track and maintain product content and product pictures for assigned eCommerce accounts, including uploading approved product copy, product pictures and other relevant data into customer portals.
• Assist with eCommerce sales & servicing activities with assigned accounts.
• Monitor competitor’s products and pricing in the marketplace.

Qualifications& Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in eCommerce, including experience with digital content management.
• Required education: Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of aesthetics and merchandising thru product pictures.
• Experience with Salsify product information management software a plus.
• Experience with managing content with USA e-tailers, such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Home Depot, QVC, Wayfair, Macy’s,..etc., a plus.
• High attention to detail is needed.
• Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
